Our school is committed to providing a safe and stimulating environment to educate the children of the world to become productive members of the global community. We understand that each child is unique, and we encourage them to do so by being the best that they can be.
I have a very competent team of teachers and ABA therapists who strive to focus on each and every child individually, monitor and mentor them, recognize their accomplishments and inspire them to overcome shortcomings. We understand the significance of using evidence-based practices in incorporating a modified Ontario curriculum with direct instruction, and an individual learning plan. Each child has an individual learning plan that generated based on their initial assessment, parent’s contributions, therapists’ input, etc., and works in correlation with Ontario Curriculum Standards. The curriculum highlights the acquisition of knowledge, understanding, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for all students attending our school. The Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) will be reviewed regularly to ensure that it remains accurate to the development of the students and promotes their achievements and well-being.
We encourage and welcome parent’s involvement as we strongly believe in the importance of teachers, parents and administrators collaborating and communicating openly and freely. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have. Please contact me if I can be of any assistance. I can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org or (416) 836-2727.
